Now listen carefully: This is the denim "cowboy trouser" I have been looking for all my life. It is so heavy (17oz) that you can feel it won’t wear out quickly - but it is clearly soft enough to be comfortably cozy. It has a slightly low rise - so there is a risk of ass crack - but that’s the price of looking a bit cool. This is "Slim" in the Japanese sense - which is not as tight as you know it from Denmark. Most people would call it regular - but it fits beautifully on most people. Huge rock n roller

The most beautiful woven small batch denim from Samurai’s own loom. See how the thread moves like waves in the sea. Fantastic. One wash - so they are a little bluer than fully raw denim.
Buttons in lovely original Japanese quality. They do not compromise here.
Size guide: JAPANESE Small in the waist: Choose 1 size up from what you normally wear. They can stretch a size, but they are still small.

Our Zero 17oz tight tapered model.
The tight tapered silhouette has a shallow inseam, and is tight from the waist to the crotch, further narrowing down towards the hem.
Featuring our 17oz Bushido selvedge denim, this material is created from our hard-textured and slubby #5 yarn, woven on an old-fashioned shuttle loom. Even though it’s a relatively heavy denim with a strong, rough feel, you can look forward to high-contrast fades and alternating areas of light and dark in the fabric as it fades.
The thin crescent moon on the flasher, along with Musashi’s slender forearms and meant to represent the “zero” state of swords being drawn and each warrior stares at the other, ready to strike like lightning.
Other details include an exclusive flasher, the iron pine tree buttons, copper coin-shaped rivets, and our ‘Impermanence’ jacquard slake.
For the sewing, we’ve stuck mainly to two colors: original yellow and golden brown, with the stitch count, needle count, and stitch width all varied according to each part of the jeans to bump these up to the next level of attention to detail.
