30-day return policy:
Your items must be returned “unused”. You can easily keep items from one shipment and only return selected items. Of course, you may try the item on - but it should not show signs of wear.
A printer is not necessary.

The GLS label is printed at the kiosk with the QR code from the system. The money will be refunded as quickly as possible once we have received the item. BUT remember the receipt for GLS drop-off - otherwise they do not cover it if it gets lost.
Just show them the QR code from the email you receive when creating the return.

Free exchange:
As something new, you will be able to exchange for free as a newsletter subscriber. Sign up at the bottom of the homepage. Yes - now.. Buy the size or model you want and send it back through our returns system.
If you want to exchange, without being a subscriber, for another item or size, you can use our return label. The label costs 48 kr and will be deducted from the refund. Buy the size you want to exchange to on the site. Very easy.
Returns from addresses in the EU
If you want to return an item, you must send it back no later than 30 days after receipt. You must pay the return costs yourself. You are responsible for the package until we have received it, so we recommend sending it as a trackable package and obtaining a receipt. Send the package to:
