Delivery to Danish addresses
Delivery prices
For purchases of 499 DKK or more:
- 0 DKK for optional GLS parcel shop
- 0 DKK to your workplace.
- 49 DKK to your private address.
For purchases under DKK 499:
- 29 DKK for optional GLS parcel shop
- 29 DKK to your workplace.
- 49 DKK to your private address.
Delivery times
The normal delivery time to Danish addresses is 1-2 working days. We strive to send your order no later than the weekday after you have ordered. If you order before 11 on a weekday, the package is usually sent the same day. During holiday periods, however, it can sometimes take some time. If this is the case, it will appear in the banner at the top of the website.
All our packages are sent from our own warehouse in Aarhus and delivered with GLS, so you usually have your package the day after it has been sent away.
Delivery to addresses in the EU
We supply to most countries in the EU (Greece, Malta and Cyprus excluded). The price depends on the recipient country and is calculated at checkout. The package is delivered to either the parcel box or home address depending on the recipient country.
Return info
Return
Fortunately, if your purchase was not quite right, it is easy to send back. You just need to return the item to us within 30 days of receiving it. Remember to state the order number or the name of the person who placed the order.
The easiest and safest way is to use our GLS package label. It only costs 29 DKK, which is deducted from the amount you need to return (when exchanging for another item, the label is free).

Please note that you are responsible for the package reaching us. We therefore always recommend that you use our package label, as the package is insured and traceable. Remember to save the receipt for submission!

Exchange for another item or size
If you want to exchange for another item or size, you can use our return label for free. You can exchange in two ways:
1. We will send you the new item once we have received your return. Contact us if necessary. beforehand so that we can reserve the item for you.
You can buy the new item at the shop immediately if you want to be sure it will not be sold out. Then we return the amount for the returned item when we receive it.
If you want to exchange for an item that is more expensive than the returned item, use option no. 2.

Returning a gift
We basically transfer the money to the card that was used to pay for the order. But if you want, we can instead put the money in a gift card, which is sent to your email address. Write on the return slip if you want this. If you choose this solution, we do not deduct the 29 DKK in return shipping.
Returns from addresses in the EU
If you want to return an item, you must send it back within 30 days of receipt. You must pay the return costs yourself. You are responsible for the package until we have received it, so we recommend that you send it as a traceable package and receive a receipt. Send the package to:
