I decided to create the most personal and unique Danish fashion/lifestyle webshop in Denmark!
The webshop is all about a personally curated style for people who love great design with respect for the good old days, raw urban neighborhoods, and a world of classic quality with a touch of vintage - mixed with gasoline and sea air! Surf, travel, ride!

Buy quality! Throw away less clothing! Keep what you love. And if you want more to love, this is the place.

The brands you find in the shop are not ones you see in other Danish shops. They have been chosen with heart from California, Texas, Australia, France, and Italy. And ALL items are in the showroom in Aarhus, ready to be shipped out every day.

And our new showroom/shop in the middle of Aarhus' new neighborhood next to Godsbanen is now open. You can try everything in all sizes and buy directly in the showroom/shop. The showroom is usually open from 12:00 - 16:00 on weekdays and 11:00 - 15:00 on Saturdays.

AND NEWS Open: Monday to Thursday 12-17.30 - Friday 12.00 to 16.00 and Saturday from 11-15.

"Dear customer.
For the past 20 years, I have worked as a fashion/film photographer and traveled the world through my work at Merrild Studios. The trips to California, New York, and Italy in particular have inspired what I believe is good style and quality. After photographing and filming for many major Danish fashion brands (and much more), I felt like opening my own store with the style I can personally stand behind 100%. This is the start of a new chapter in my life. And I/we are going 100% all in!


I have always been driven by speed and style - whether on a skateboard, surfboard, motorcycle, or mountain bike, it has to go fast. But I am just as driven by the atmosphere that exists in those three subcultures! To me, style is never unimportant - it is personality.

 

Buy less cheap junk that you will not end up loving anyway. Buy quality! The most sustainable thing is to keep your things for as long as possible. That is the ideology behind Jakes Apparel. That is why the items you find in the shop are designed to be used and worn. But not thrown away.

I have found the best out there and brought it home.

I had a great conversation with a friend about clothes and fashion the other day. We quickly agreed that “fashion” is irrelevant - but experiences, emotions, and personality rock! When you buy clothes, choose with your heart and not what others tell you to buy. Buy things that suit you and make only you happy. Buy quality you can feel deep in your soul! Live life and feel what an amazing ride it can be!
