Your goods must be returned unused. You must, of course, try the item on - but it should preferably not show signs of use..

If your purchase was not quite right, it is fortunately easy to return it. Just return the item to us within 30 days of receiving it. Remember to state the order number or the name of the person who placed the order.
The easiest and safest is to use our GLS package label. It only costs DKK 42, which will be deducted from the amount you must get back (when exchanging for another item, the label is free).

Please note that you yourself are responsible for the package reaching us. We therefore always recommend that you use our package label, as the package is then insured and traceable. Remember to save the receipt for submission!

Exchange for another product or size
If you want to exchange for another item or size, you can use our return label free of charge. You can exchange in two ways:
1. We will send you the new item once we have received your return. Contact us if necessary. in advance so that we can reserve the item for you.
2. You can buy the new item in the shop immediately if you want to be sure it will not be sold out. We will then refund the amount for the return item when we receive it.
If you wish to exchange for an item that is more expensive than the returned item, please use option #2.

Returning a gift
We usually transfer the money to the card that was used to pay for the order. But if you wish, we can instead put the money into a gift card, which is sent to your email address. Write on the return slip if you want this. If you choose this option, we will withdrawdoes not the 29 DKK in return shipping.
Returns from addresses in the EU
If you wish to return an item, you must send it back no later than 30 days after receipt. You must pay the return costs yourself. You are responsible for the package until we receive it, so we recommend that you send it as a trackable package and get a receipt. Send the package to:
