Our new favourite from Samurai!
15 oz Japanese high-end denim. Samurai Jeans are something truly special. Their selvedge is woven with their signature silver line along the edge, and at 15 oz, this denim is in a weight class that's wearable for everyone while still being sturdy and robust.
Regular straight. In other words, wide and straight, with a mid-rise waist.
Size guide: JAPANESE Sizing runs small in the waist: Choose about 1 size larger than you normally wear. They may stretch by one size, but they still run small.
All have a 36-inch inseam. They are intended to be turned up.

We’ve used our 15oz Otokogi denim for these, taking our slubby #6 cotton thread, leaving the little bits of cotton waste in the mix, and pushing the vintage looms to the limit. This gives these jeans a rough look and texture, while also allowing for those much-loved high contrast fades.

This model has a little room around the waist, and gentle taper down to the hem. With a vintage-inspired feel, the silhouette strikes that perfect balance between being too thick or too thin.
The exclusive leather patch used here is based on the classic Samurai patch and features the warriors Musashi and Kojiro, the moon, pine trees, the Shinto “torii” gate, and Mt. Fuji, while the two seagulls on this patch show that these are the successor to the S0510XX model.
